The festival is held under the auspices of the mayoress of the statutory city of Brno JUDr. Markéta Vaňková, Governor of the South Moravian Region Mgr. Jan Grolich, the Ambassador of the Federative Republic of Brazil Her Excellency Sonia Regina Guimaraes and the mayor of the Brno-střed district Ing. arc. Vojtěch Mencl.
